Where is my order?Updated 8 months ago

If you have not received a tracking notification email yet:

Please note that our orders are typically fulfilled on the next business day, around 6pm EST. The confirmation email can also sometimes end up in spam, so please check that as well.

If you have not received a tracking confirmation email by then, please reach out via chat to check on the status of your order.

Unfortunately, with freight shipping, tracking updates may not occur for 2-3 days, as these updates only occur when trucks stop to unload and reload your package at different service centers. If it has been over 3-4 days since your last update, feel free to reach out to our customer service team, so that we can check with the carrier.

It is past the ETA and the bike has not been delivered yet:

The ETA you see on the tracking page for some of our carriers represents the estimated time that the bike will arrive at the final service center. At that point someone from the shipping carrier will need to reach out to you to schedule a delivery appointment. If it has been a few days since the ETA, and you have not heard anything, feel free to reach out to our customer service team, so that we can check with the carrier.
