Extend is an insurance company that Upway has partnered with. Extend provides extra coverage plans as a service and is used by multiple leading bike brands. They allow customers to purchase a warranty on their bike from Upway that is longer and has additional coverage than what is offered by Upway as a default.

Extend warranty can be purchased for a time period of 1, 2, or 3 years, whereas Upway’s warranty is only active for 1 year. Extend’s warranty offers additional protection by covering accidental damage through slips, falls, and crashes (not including with motor vehicles) not covered by Upway's warranty from day one.
